2 Small Goals

Think it.

Sometimes we can get carried away in a day, writing out a whole list of things we want to get done.  When the end of the day rolls around and we haven’t been able to complete everything on our list, it often leaves us feeling defeated.

Often times, we haven’t even really given our to-do lists much thought at all.

I am challenging you to give a moment of thought as to what it is that would make YOU smile today.

Write it.

This is where ‘two small goals’ come into play!!

...sometimes my 2 Small Goals are just little moments or activities that might make me smile or fill my day with ZEST! 

Your #twosmallgoals can be about your body, about cooking or baking a new recipe, flexing that creative muscle, perusing the aisles of the supermarket, walking barefoot in the earth, taking an extra moment to yourself in the morning...whatever it may be, I’d love to see what your goals look like. 

Do it.

A lot of times the same concept applies to fitness.  If we try to attack everything at once, it becomes easy to get overwhelmed and shy away from any and all of the healthy habits we might be working towards.

Start small.  Start with TWO SMALL GOALS!!
