60 minute sessions include:

  • in person and/or virtual training

  • programming personalized to YOU and your goals

  • extensive series of introductory questions, through which we will create your weekly schedule (dependent on availability)

  • warm-up and movement prep prior to daily exercises/program

  • additional programs/exercises as well as recovery exercises for ‘off’ days

  • accountability partner - yours truly!

  • weekly check-ins

  • Get Fitz With Ava magnet and two stickers for your most beloved gear ;)

30 min sessions - 10 pack

1 on 1 personal training with me!

30 minute sessions include:

  • personalized weekly schedule (dependent on availability)
